I've been a digital marketing strategist since 2012, and it all started by creating a simple blog for myself to display my original paintings. That blog literally launched my career in marketing after I was then promoted to website content administrator, then marketing assistant, then manager, and so on and so forth.
I used to be afraid to put myself out there.
I’m kinda photogenic, but real weird in real life and in video, and I also feared reactions from family and friends if I started being more visible in my business.
My hair is fuzzy, I’ll never get rid of my glasses, and I frequently bare my imperfections publicly through my blog.
But ya know what?
It didn’t stop me from exploding my business.
Once I committed to embracing my awkwardness and connecting with the people who were literally *looking for me*, amazing things started to happen.
